Delivery times vary by supplier and destination:
- For orders in the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery time is usually 1-2 business days.
- In the rest of Europe, you can expect your order within 2-5 business days.
- For shipments to the United Kingdom, a delivery time of 2-5 business days applies.
- Orders shipped to the United States have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.
For orders placed before noon, we try to process and dispatch them on the same day. Delivery will therefore usually take place 1-2 business days later. If you place an order during the weekend? We will process it on the next business day.
We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL and DHL, and upon dispatch, you will receive a track & trace code from us so you can follow your package.
If you are not at home, the package will be offered again. After this, it will be delivered to a pick-up location.
Within the Netherlands, we apply 2 different shipping costs: €4.95 for a parcel. FREE shipping on orders over €50 and FREE shipping on all books.
In Belgium, shipping costs are €4.95 for a book and €6.95 for a parcel.
In Europe, shipping costs are €12.95.
Outside Europe, shipping costs are €24.95.
If you order a book and something else from the store, they will be shipped together as a parcel.

If your package has not been delivered after the expected delivery date, it is best to check the track & trace link you received. This will show where and when your package will be delivered.
Does the track & trace link say that your package has already been delivered or should have been delivered, but you have not yet received it? In this case, we recommend waiting 3 working days after the shipping date (Monday is excluded for letterbox mail). We often see that packages are still delivered within 1-2 days. It is also always useful to check if your (letterbox) package has not been delivered to your neighbors. If your package has not been delivered after 3 working days, please send us an email to: info@charlottelabee.com so we can assist you further.
Return conditions
You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you physically receive the good.

You are eligible for a free pill box if you have 150 euros or more worth of supplements in your shopping cart. You must add the pill boxes to the shopping cart yourself and then the discount will be automatically deducted. (*Note: not valid in combination with other discounts.)
The "Breintjes" Savings Program is the loyalty program of the Charlotte Labee shop. With every purchase, customers earn "Breintjes" which can be redeemed for a discount on a future order. For every euro spent, you receive points, which you can redeem yourself at a time of your choosing via your account. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
In addition to purchases, customers can earn extra "Breintjes" by, among other things, signing up, participating in social media promotions, leaving reviews, and entering their birthday. The program works with levels: the more you spend, the higher your level and the more bonus points you receive. The accumulated "Breintjes" are valid for two years.
With a subscription, you automatically receive your favourite product at your chosen interval: every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days.
Subscribers receive a 10% discount on every delivery. You only pay when the product is shipped, and you can always pause or cancel your subscription. This way, you get convenience without obligations.

Give your skin six to eight weeks. Real skin improvement takes time, because the skin cycle lasts about 28 days and you need at least two full cycles for visible difference. Sometimes, in the first few weeks, your skin may react with a short adjustment period. This is normal and will pass on its own.

At room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Our formulas contain no artificial preservatives, so close them tightly after use. Shelf life after opening is twelve months.
Often, yes. Your skin needs to adjust to the pure ingredients, especially if you're used to products with silicones that leave a layer. Give it two weeks.
The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
We are sorry if you have a complaint, but should anything be unsatisfactory about our products or services, you can send an email to info@charlottelabee.com. We will provide you with a substantive response within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl).
