You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you physically acquire the good.

The right of withdrawal also applies to the training courses we offer. In the case of services, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you purchased the service. For refunds, the same applies as stated above for the right of withdrawal for products. You are only obliged to pay any costs for the service up to the moment of dissolution.

Packaging
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur:

• Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box (if reasonably possible)
• Place the completed return form in the box or include this information in the registration email

• Keep the shipping receipt safe

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Refund

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returning goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return form
You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.
